Rates
Reservations and cancellations:
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- We do accept credit cards.
Reservation Policy:
- In low season, please make reservation one week prior to arrival
- In high season - we advise making your reservation three months in advance of your arrival to ensure availability for your desired dates.
- You must pay 50% for make reservation
- The total of your payment must be covered upon arrival
- Monthly rates must be paid prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- Because we are a small family business with a desire to give our guests wonderful service, our policy is to only accept cancellations with 20 days prior notice to your arrival. If you cancel with less of 20 days before your registered date of arrival we must make a charge of 50% of the total price of the reservation.
- If you have a reservation and arrive late, you must pay for the total of reserved nights.
- If you have a reservation and you must check out before the day of the end of your reservation, you will not have a reimbursement.
- No reservations will be made without deposit.
